Two simple steps to create a healthy refreshing drink
In order not to be distracted during the cooking process, collect all the necessary ingredients and devices near you. Check the list:

The first stage: we prepare classic matcha

Prepare hot water. For a portion of matcha, you need to take 40–50 ml.
Helpful tip: Do not use boiling water. Wait until it cools down to 60-80 degrees. This will allow you to preserve the valuable substances of the matcha and will not spoil the taste of the finished drink.
Add the water to the bowl and mix the ingredients vigorously for 30-40 seconds. For the best effect, perform movements in the form of the letter W. Use chasen until the lumps are completely dissolved and a dense foam is formed.

The second stage: prepare the puree and mix the ingredients
Grind aromatic strawberries in a blender until pureed. It should not have large pieces. Send the puree to the bottom of the glass.
Measure 100-150 ml of vegetable milk. Take one that is harmoniously combined with fragrant strawberries. We recommend rice, banana or soy. Add ice, then milk and freshly made matcha to a puree glass. Let it taste!

- Measure the necessary ingredients simply and quickly. 2 g of matcha powder is one cup of bitter. 40–50 ml of water is ¼ of a standard glass.
- Add a few drops of sweetener to the matcha . Maple, vanilla syrup or honey are perfect. They soften the taste of a rich drink.
- Follow the rules for storing matcha powder , this will prevent the product from spoiling quickly. It is optimal to use it within 2-3 weeks after opening the package. Be sure to store in the refrigerator.
