How do we sign the contract?
- Write to us
To start a business relationship, write to us. We will request certain legal details of your company and prepare a copy and send it to you.
- Coordination of the contract
We discuss key provisions such as price and quantity ordered each month. For example: if you are sure that you will be able to order 700g of matcha within a month, we promise you a 16% discount on all products.
- Signing the contract
After agreeing the contract, we will ask for your email address to send you the contract for signing. You will receive a letter from the "Vchasno" electronic document management service
- Sign the contract
All contracts are signed using a Qualified Electronic Signature (KEP EDP), which has the same force as a physical signature and stamp. The service is free, all you have to do is upload your EDS, or sign using Diya.Signature. And that's it, the contract is signed, we are officially partners :)
