This chocolate bar is lovingly created in partnership with Matcher and YandMi, using only organic ingredients. We selected cocoa butter from Criollo varieties, grown in the Satipo region of Peru. This is a rare and valuable variety, known for its rich flavor and high quality. The creation process begins with three days of grinding ingredients to achieve the ideal texture and form the bars.

Our Saemidori matcha arrived from the Japanese prefecture of Shiga, where it is grown in the city of Koka. In translation, Saemidori means "gently/light green," giving the chocolate a pleasant green hue and a rich taste. This is a perfect combination of flavors that energize and delight from the first bite.

Features of our matcha chocolate bar:

  • No white sugar: We use only coconut sugar for natural sweetness. YandMi chocolate: Cocoa beans are imported, roasted, and transformed into chocolate at YandMi's own manufactory.
  • Vegan product: Contains no animal ingredients, lactose, honey, or artificial colors.
  • Gluten-free: Suitable for those following a gluten-free diet.
  • Japanese matcha: We use only ceremonial spring harvest matcha from plantations in Tsuchiyama, Shiga Prefecture, Japan – your guaranteed boost of matcha energy.
About Ingredients

Cocoa Butter
Rich in antioxidants, which help combat stress and cell aging. Contains beneficial fats that support healthy skin and the cardiovascular system's cholesterol levels.

Matcha Saemidori
Matcha provides sustained energy, improves concentration, and promotes body detoxification. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins (A, C, K), and trace elements (iron, calcium), supports a healthy metabolism, and reduces stress thanks to L-theanine.

Cashew Nut
A source of magnesium, iron, and healthy fats that promote brain function, improve mood, and strengthen bones.

Coconut Sugar
A natural sweetener with a low glycemic index. Helps maintain stable blood sugar levels, unlike regular sugar.
