Red tea Golden Rims

It has a rich, sweet and rich taste with notes of honey, caramel, chocolate and sometimes fruit. It is characterized by a soft texture and lack of bitterness, which makes it very pleasant for brewing.
The brewed infusion often has a dark red-amber color, which is characteristic of red teas.

Gongfu method:
Heat the water to about 90°C.
Add 2 teaspoons (approximately 4 grams) of tea to a teapot.
Pour hot water over the tea and wait for 60 seconds.
The tea can be steeped several times, increasing the steeping time with each subsequent brew.


European method for 500ml water:
Heat the water to about 95°C.
Add 2-3 teaspoons (approximately 4-5 grams) of tea to a teapot.
Pour hot water over the tea and wait for 2-3 minutes.
Strain the tea, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.


Cold brew:
Add 5-6 teaspoons (approximately 15 grams) of tea to a teapot or pitcher.
Add cold water, immediately or leave it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or even overnight to let the tea steep.
Strain the tea and serve with ice if desired.
Remember that steeping time and the amount of tea may vary depending on your personal taste and preferences.

"Golden Rhythms" is produced mainly in the Chinese province of Yunnan. This region is famous for its red teas, such as Dien Hong, as well as various varieties with golden buds.


The tea got its name from the shape of the leaves, which are twisted into small spirals resembling a snail. These leaves often have golden tips that emphasize its high quality. The more buds, the lighter and more golden the color.
