More about tea

The history of oolong has its roots in China, namely in Fujian province. The name "oolong" means "partially fermented" in Chinese. This tea was created as a result of an accidental interruption of the fermentation process of black tea. It received its unique quality and taste properties, which made it different from other types of tea. Oolong from Taiwan, particularly from the Nantou region, is known for its delicacy and high quality, thanks to the growing conditions and unique processing techniques used in this region.
