    Matcha bar at your venue:

    • Matcha for the audience:
      We will provide you with several lots of classic usucha Okumidori and Tsuyuhikari.
    • Matcha menu:
      We will prepare a small mocktail menu based on matcha: several light fancy drinks and one more unusual interesting option.
    • Remaining products:
      Technical cards for mocktail preparation, leftover matcha, and other products remain with you.
    • Shelf for guests:
      Optionally, we can set up a special product shelf at your venue – guests will be able to buy matcha, loose leaf tea, and our pottery.


    How to book an event?

    1. Please review the information about the formats on this page.
    2. Please note that we typically work with venues that are partners (i.e., regularly use our matcha) and have been with us for more than three months. However, if your brand is not in the HoReCa category, this condition is not mandatory.
    3. Write to our team on Telegram or Instagram, tell us about your brand, desired format, and event date.
    4. Collaborate with us on social media communication regarding the pop-up and pay for our services using the details provided by the B2B manager. And let's meet for matcha 💚

    Matcha Lecture-Tasting

    Matcha Bar at Your Venue

    • The event is held on Saturday after 12:00 PM
    • The lecture-tasting can last from 2 to 4 hours
    • We will book your date after payment for the pop-up
    • The remaining matcha will be yours to use.
    • The event is held on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or until sold out, but no longer than 6 hours
    • We will book your date after payment for the pop-up
    • Recipe cards for drinks and leftover matcha will be yours to use.

    The format cost includes:

    1. 30 g of Japanese Gyokuro tea;

    2. 40 g of matcha for lattes and cocktails – Tsundoku / Komorebi;

    3. 100 g of Yabukita matcha;

    4. 30 g of premium matcha from the available assortment;

    5. Matcharista's work.

    The format cost includes:
    1. 300 g of Yabukita matcha;

    2. 30 g of premium matcha from the available assortment;

    3. Matcharista's work;

    4. Development and provision of recipe cards for drinks.
